Seems like any slight changes makes for a new learning curve. So different from crawlers. Just a slight change like putting the battery forward can make a change difference experience cool
If you think about it it's not that different from what some do with crawlers, adding weight down low for more stability, or race RC cars with different configurations for different surfaces like rear or mid motor. That's the beauty of RC, so many aspects you can learn and tweak. Thanks for watching!
Great flight. Such a cool plane. I'll have to give the 450 a shot. Ground handling has been the biggest challenge so far. Mine is all over the parking lot at the church. Looks like it's not just me.
Gotta love yellow and black. Yeah, that tiny wheel is all over the place, it's not the only one with this issue but it's by far the worst of my tail draggers. But the landing felt a lot better.
This could have been a fantastic video instead of just ok, if you are going to stream and try to get subscribers and likes etc then make sure you have the tools to do it and make it look professional. This was poor at best as we cannot even hear your commentary and you skip past parts that a beginner would like to see! Your avatar is AM RC suggesting you are pro level streamer and RC higher level. This was NOT which is a shame. If you are serious about producing content like this, you will take this onboard and not react to my comments as a criticism but as advice from an interested viewer. I am sure your content could be awesome!
@@davehoward4970 thanks for the comment. Streaming is indeed not my strong point, I tried it as something new. I know there is room for improvement, I will try and see what I can do better. I do appreciate any criticism and advice, a kick in the butt is always a step forward 😁
I saw that one, looks fun. I chose the Eratix as well since assembly looked like a pain in the butt on these, it kinda was actually 😄 but well worth it, it's unbelievable how it just floats in the air.
@@A.M.-RC oh i love mine, its just sort fly time is a bummer plus i think i have smaller batteries, ill have to go look. not sure if mine is 4s capable that would make it better
I have the crack yak (back yard) and I really love it. Slammed it on a light pole tonight and pieces flew off. It still flew great and back home I glued all the pieces back together and she’s ready for the next flight. 😅
@@gisall8205 Thanks! I use the Spektrum 300mah 3s, I get anywhere between 5 minutes gunning it to 30 if I climb fast and let it glide down with some wind. Battery compartment is very tight, I have some 350mah 3s from CHNL and they do not fit.
Hi! Yes, we're ok, thanks for asking, there were floods but pretty far away from us. Rain stopped finally, hope I can get some flights in the next few days.
@A.M.-RC how do you like the lw pla? I can send you some support settings that changed my life and it's all I use now. I also realized it's 24th scale, pretty small! Looks good though didn't mean to come off as rude if I did.
No worries, it wasn't rude. It's small indeed, that's why I tried LW, it feels really good, I think it could take a good tumble. I haven't had time and it was just a test but I will try making a finished one soon. If you can share the settings, please do!
Great effort, Alex. Hope you had fun like I did, Alex. 👍🏻🙂. Totally agree, Alex, Jeff in Lower Alabama has been a great ambassador for the hobby. Hopefully people will tune in to his show. Thank you for the mention.
