I agree, I know my thinking is quite extreme but I think we should cut ties with all nations in the world and become isolated from them. All those other countries do is backstab us and trick us into giving them everything we have. For example, take a look at NATO. Only a small portion of NATO countries pay their part, and we pay almost double our part. Plus, we don’t need protection from them at all, rather they need to pull us into the war to help them. As of right now, the U.S. has a military easily capable of defending ourselves from Russia and China at the same time, plus we are separated by the Pacific Ocean and neither Russia nor China have the capabilities to cross it. All NATO does and will ever do is steal our money and drag us into wars to protect everyone other than us.

Time magazine made Greta Thunberg propaganda puppet of the year and put her picture on the cover. I got tired of seeing her mug so I flipped the magazine over. Electric cars will only be practical after we have switched from fossil fuels to nuclear power. At this point, they should be viewed as technology being developed for when that day comes. In that context, and only that context, they make sense. There is nothing wrong with doing that research or for some wealthy people wanting to fund it. But trying to impose that burden on everyone else is another matter.

Its estimated that the life of an electric cars battery is about 2 1/2 years, cost in the thousands to replace, and the only place in the world that will have them is China.
