I think the idea of the Hivory Quiver is cool, but it sounds like in gameplay, constantly checking up and maintaining your farm sounds kind of annoying. Imagine you spend days away from your farm building some massive structure, and when you come back you have to deal with swarms of these dudes. I think it'd be better if it just didn't appear when ignoring your farm and showed up as a friend when maintaining it, or maybe it could just spawn as a hostile mob exclusive to that one gardeners hut structure like the witch.
maybe it could work that the Hivory Quiver spawns only if the farms are neglected while the chunks are loaded or if the player is nearby. I’m not sure which of the two tho as the first one has the quality of being able to use chunk loaders in case someone wants them to spawn while far away, but it would mean that if the farm is built at spawn it would always be loaded even if the player is far away, whereas in the latter there isn’t that problem but the player would HAVE to be near a farm to neglect it. Another solution could be to be able to make some way of automating the process, but I’m not sure if that would ruin the Hivory Quiver.
The fact that this channel is so underrated stings. This is one of the beest channels with a mind-buzzing level of detail and quality. You may not be the queen but, everytime you post, it always delivers. Also, the plants are sweet! (Like honey.) But in all seriousness, I really enjoy this channel, and it really should have more buzz. I hope your subscriber count flies over the mountain and beyond.
I've seen a lot of bee-related Minecraft concepts, but it's definitely fitting that the concepts you, _the undisputed champion_ of Minecraft ideas came up with, were the best I've seen by a landslide. Dare I say, beewielderingly beeautiful. *3:35* I especially love the concept for a thief plant, it adds a lot of dynamic and flare to the currently very bare bones farming system which is literally just ''seed in, crop out.'' It heavily reminds me of the weeds from Don't Starve Together, which has a phenomenal and layered farming system. The less you take care for your farm by not fertilizing it enough, overcrowding it and such, the higher likelyhood it has to spawn weeds, that do a lot of bad things for your crops and can cause them to entirely die out. Plus, taking them down has a chance of spawning little pest mobs that cause your crops to rot.
Wow. . .honestly, I think planet or rock or otherwise "nature" based creatures are something Minecraft is lacking in its fantasy elements and I feel this really scratches that itch. I also like how you involve previous ideas in your newer ones - I think having the idea of considering how previous systems can tie into new tools/blocks is something you should keep up
Please take your time in theee animations I could wait all day for them with no problem and don't forget to take breaks from time to time and don't burn yourself with work dude and stay cool
These ideas seem a lot more specific compared to the original ideas you first posted on this channel which were strongly vanilla themed and seemed designed to fit into vanilla minecraft. The concepts, and specifically the names, seem much more artistically specific. It feels more like something we would see from a mod. I've always felt like your mods have lent themselves towards a very aesthetically pleasing fantasy lite variation of minecraft. Others have brought up the idea of these being used for modpack ideas, which I do think is a great idea if you're considering moving away from the more vanilla concept ideas!
Aughh! You know there's so many good minecraft ideas I see out in the wild that, they really make me wish they could be their own block game concept. Or they could at least become some kind of minecraft inspired project, love it tho!
I think it would be nice if they could infect the rare flowers the sniffer finds and give value to the sniffer, who is essentially useless. It allows the sniffer to find seeds that can become those neutral mobs. And like Plants vs. Zombies, if you have a horde that comes to your players periodically (assuming you add new hostile mobs), there's never going to be a dull moment.
I really wish there was a mobpack with all your ideas in it, because these are all so amazingly cool. I loved the Amethyst Shield and the Termites too. I want to play with these so bad!
I love the ideas, I actually thought it’d be cool if the house could be a potential plant bosses as well, maybe theirs a chance where if you kill enough of the plants that suddenly the entire house chunk started rising from the ground as vines move around and wrap around trees or maybe even the ground to form arms and a body and you had to fight the house the house itself, and once you defeated it you’d get a it’s heart and gain the ability to tame or grow plant monsters
The models, textures, and animations are all so wonderful and beautiful. Terrific work! Thank you for sharing! The bubble weapon is very cool but doesn't seem very useful.
Why not make your own block game with your ideas? Certainly it would take some time, but it could be a fun project, and you could create your own game engine. I would buy it, Minecraft needs a good rival. Regardless I enjoy the concepts you come up with, the termites and the amethyst shield are some of my favorites and now this one as well.
Why does a Minecraft ideas channel only make the least vanilla-like things i like the art but these concepts are not something to say is fit for the game!
Bruh I like how I just checked your channel today just before you uploaded this today haha. No but actually if you ever decide to not make these concepts for mc anymore or make yt videos you should end off by putting all of these ideas into a mod/mod pack or something
just whyyyy blockixel brings to the table not only the idea but also the textures and the shapes yet still from the hundred of modders no body applied his brilliant ideas only if he took matters to his hand
I'm not a huge fan of the... "drop shadow" effect in this one. It doesn't take away from the video, but it does make some of the motion hard to read, especially around the 2D assets.
Hey! I am a mod developer and ai would love to turn this into a mod with your allowance, if you could allow me access to the models/ animations or even just give me permission to I would love to do something with this?
