I just want to thank you for the Prada foundation rec.. OMG first time in my life I’ve done the what shade are you match and it is perfection. First time wearing it today and i can’t stop looking at the way my skin looks in the mirror.. I’m 49 and take pretty good care of my skin, but this foundation is PERFECTION.

I love this look. For me sometimes it’s hard to imagine how to incorporate blue eyeliner in a “luxury makeup” kind of way. And you killed it as usual. The little pop of fun makes it so current without having to be TikTok trendy. And personally, I prefer the return of authentic trendy. Bravo! 💁‍♀️

Yay for color! Loved the apple green in the last look, love the electric blue in this one. You look great with a pop of color, especially since you understand the color theory of how to best achieve it within your comfort zone. Hope to see more!

Please continue with the great eye looks grounded in neutrals but with pops in different ways!!! I love wearing color, but I don’t want it to be overwhelmed with COLOR on my eyes. I love the way you do it that is impactful, but still classic!! I want to try the purple Thrive mascara, but only if the purple really shows up. The blue YSL mascara looks gorgeous on you!!

I’m 54 and see a lot of live music. This is similar to my “show” look (I use Urban Decay Chaos as the liner with an otherwise neutral eye look) and I will add Space Cowboy or an iridescent glitter liquid liner (UD Pyro). I have been searching for a great blue mascara and this looks incredible!!!

I love the strategic pop of bright blue eyeliner. It is the perfect shade of blue. I'm not sure how I feel about the MOB blue on the inner corner. In general, I am loving your recent more colorful eye looks. You do them in such a wearable nuanced way!

okay just checked and the UD liner (shade chaos) is more similar to the blue of the YSL mascara. the VB leans a bit more green. chaos is basically exactly the color of the mascara! highly recommend !

Have you ever tried the Dior Forever Glow Veil Makeup Primer ? Granted it appears iridescent in the bottle but it is a really classy lit from within primer that completely smooths without giving tin man. I would love to see you compare the two Dior products

The CT Bronze and Glow palette drives me crazy too! I have almost finished the bronze side of my mini and am not even close to hitting pan on the highlight! CT needs to fix the ratio!

great eye look 👌 sephora makes a lovely cobalt blue liner. that is the brightest blue mascara i’ve seen! i wish i didn’t loathe the lash clash formula. would love to see more colors like this💛

I wanted to love the groundwork palette bc those shades and the combo with cream shades making it just look mouthwatering and also the promise of it being a face palette. But I found the formula to just crease on me and get patchy no matter how much of the powder formula I added on-top. I also never could fit a brush in the putties to make them work on my face. Still looking for my dream matte palette but I think you may be correct when you say that some may be happier with a select few eyeshadow stick shades. That might be me!

I don’t know what is happening right now 😂. I googled the eyeliner hoping that I could get it on eBay etc. All the electric eyeliners appear at VBB with search and I have them in my cart. Tyfs and making me excited to do a colorful look. ❤

I haven’t smelt the Dior products from this video but it sounds like your describing JAdor Dior from Dior. There is variations of that scent so hope that helps

My favorite blue mascara has been YSL’s! It dried down brighter and it feels so weightless and airy on the eye. I don’t know if it’s tubing, but it doesn’t pull lashes when tugged. Easiest release. I want to try The Lip. Bar’s Blue mascara as comparison. I think calliray’s formula is my second favorite generally but want them to work on pigmented mascara’s. The result is not spidery lengthened lashes but they are wispy and whimsical. So pretty.

I massage a little coconut oil in water into my lashes when removing YSL’s and it glides right off. I tap with a wipes after. If you feel asleep in this formula you would be fine, and it actually reminds me of a rockstarish indie film called *Plush* (I think you’d like it!) Thanks for your lovely review. 😊

yeah i don’t really expect celebrities to be like. creative geniuses involved in every step of the process. i think of them as the owners of a company they chose and the face of the brand. the way celebrities are for perfume ads, ya know? or like jennifer anniston and aveeno. she does the commercials. i’m assuming she thinks the products are fine. but i don’t expect her to know about the formulation or always use it herself.
