a. This webinar presented the United Nations Framework Classification for Resources (UNFC) in an uncomplicated and pragmatic manner. UNFC can be used to categorize secondary raw materials, regardless of their source - whether they are residual materials from extractive industries or end-of-life products like batteries and magnets. This is especially relevant for raw materials that are considered critical.
