I really love the wisdom of Ajahn Brahmali. And I am very full of admiration for the culture of the word, the accuracy of the observations in the entire Teravada tradition. I am constantly surprised while listening to lectures. I ask myself how it is possible that before the knowledge I gained about the world was so unreal. How confused our western world is.
A more appropriate description might be "Life is beautiful but ultimately impermanent (anicca), empty (anatta), and unsatisfactory (dukkha)." The bullsh*t are delusions about the true nature of existence, particularly with regard to our attachment to the self containing some permanent, unchanging essence.

Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu. Jambudvipa is the visible earth. There are three more continent above it. The highest continent is Uttarakuru. And there are four different types of Humans and Oceans in those continents. Probably, three layers of the atmosphere would contain those planes of existence. Most probably, some Humans live in the animal plane, and the other Humans live in the Pretha, Asura, and Human plane in the 31 planes of existence. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
