Top FAQ's about issue being persistent and so alternative suggestions from my side:
1.you have to wait for apple logo to appear when hard resetting the iPhone like given in the video.
2. try uninstalling & reinstalling the Watch app on the iPhone.
3. If this doesn’t help, then reset the network settings on the iPhone. It won’t delete any personal data but just the network settings. search for "network reset" in the settings menu of iPhone.
4. either you are releasing buttons too early or too late, wait for apple logo when doing the reset
5. this mostly means the internet connect is probably bad, Try connecting to different WIFI on your phone to download the update properly.
6. Network connection to your phone might be weak, get to the strong WIFI signal or cellular signal area and retry what's given in the video.
7. Change the language to different and put it back to original and that could possibly work. probably the hard reset and Language change together would help.
8. if procedure given in video worked but the software update says “About 2 days remaining”
just try resetting & probably connect to a different internet wifi name to download the update.
9. Try resetting the Watch & start process again. for resetting the apple watch you can check this link from apple: support.apple....
10. Try changing the language to the location where you are trying to perform the update. for example if you are in germany and trying to update the apple watch, choose the language as German.
