A similar incident happened in West Bengal in 2017. Actor Vikram Chatterjee did rash driving after a party in a pub, and killed his girlfriend Sonika. But no blood test for the presence of alcohol was conducted by the doctors who attended him in the hospital after the crash TOI reports on May 11, 2017, 'At least four blood tests were conducted on actor Vikram Chatterjee after he and Sonika Singh Chauhan are taken to Ruby General Hospital following the Rashbehari Avenue accident. Sonika died in the hospital an hour later. But none of them was examined for the alcohol content in the blood.'. No doctor was even questioned. We are indulging this type of injustice in our society so easily. Vikram is now a busy and popular actor No harm has happened to him.

if this lawyers sister or wife was raped by accused --- will he term that as " unfortunate " incident by child (juvenile). lawyer is using all the loop holes to defend - but two people are dead . we cant have such useless laws that easily let killers to escape.
