UNB7 - a set of self-propelled equipment for trenchless laying of pipelines with diameter 110 ... 225 mm by means of horizontal directional drilling (HDD), air percussion action, dry method - without the use of bentonite. The uniqueness of this model is the presence of air percussion impact hammers at work combines three effects: the pressure, rotation and percussion. Twisting and spinning rods in the work performed by a special mechanism to facilitate the work of the operator at one of the most challenging and most repetitive processes. Unlike analogue, UNB7 - a system of air percussion, works dry method - which does not include the use of drilling mud. This makes it possible to achieve high economic effect. Advantages UNB7 in this aspect is a much lower cost of equipment and consumables, compared with counterparts - lack of bentonite and water can be many times lower operating costs and the cost of work done. UNB7 complements the existing, more powerful and heavy machinery at the expense of smaller dimensions in the convenience and mobility.
