Unbalanced transportation least cost method problem. 

When there is a tie , we have to consider whether the ties are laying on the same column or in the different column. If the ties are on the same column we have to allocate on the tie having smallest supply quantities, other wise we have to allocate first on the tie having on more demand quantities.
