@Lrony Yeo I drove in California let me tell you I drove a 10 wheel some with gas axle I still can only carry legally 11 tons max that six wheel truck can only carry a legally maybe 7,8 tons that’s pushing it . Very strict laws for trucks.
@@Vandanms that's definitely not true. While it does increase drag on the road, it also provides stability for vehicles that have heavy loads such as these dump trucks.
How often do these gearboxes/differentials/brakes etc fail? Weight limit for a 4x2 is something like 18 tonnes here, how the hell do they get 70+ and still have a truck left at the end of a day??
gearbox, differentials, brake you mentioned are not frequent to fail, the truck carrying 60+ tons iron sand in this video has age of 6 years. because configuration of these trucks are all stronger than common 4*2, gearbox for high torque, reinforced rear axle, modified brakes with water cooling, reinforced chassis etc. the biggest risk should be the wheels. this weight on a 4*2 truck only happens in specific area, most of drivers here haven’t seen this neither. quite unbelievable load. usually a 4*2 truck with 11.00 or 12.00 tyre will carry 20-30 tons, some heavy load area will carry 30-40+ tons. but at the area of this video, they usually carry around 45-55 tons and sometimes 60+ tons as you see. weight mentioned above are freight weight, truck weight not included. truck weights 12-14+ tons with water tank

Having seen some of the other videos, where the weighbridge is destroyed, it may be that the suppliers may have to go twin deck, 250 tonne capacity each deck. Weigh the prime mover on one deck, and the trailer on the other. In saying that, I can hear and see many truck drivers... "Hold my beer!" 500 tonne? Is that all you can make???
Im from the USA and just found your channel and subscribed. this video is unbelievable!.....75 tons on a 2 axle 6 wheel truck!!!!???!!, thats 100,000LBS on ONE axle!, thats more than is allowed on one axle for our railroads and locomotives!. tire pressure is 15.5 bar OR 225 LBS per square inch!.. last point, I dont know chinese and have never listened to chinese music but I LOVE the song and singer on this, GREAT Videos!, keep up the good work!.
yes they are production series trucks. only little modify will do, such as water tank for brake drum cooling, some driver will add one more stack of leaf spring
Just crazy and unbelievable !!! Was driver for many years in Congo RDC, we take max 13 tons in a 4x2, 20 tons in 6x4/6, 25 tons in. 8x4. These trucks are solid as rock ! Can't believe it !!
