As an overweight senior - I like these: these are doable low impact on joints. And there are no “reps” of each exercise. This type of exercise interests me because it will definitively reduce my size and definitively improve my mobility. If one were very active with no physical limitations ( that’s not me), then I see why the negative comments are here. I like the animated muscle zone for perspective. I used to be very active and very strong - I’ll rebuild my stamina and tone - that’s what my goal is: Chronic Lyme disease 🙋🏻♀️, so movement is my goal for circulation and enjoyment for my day with loosening up my tight joints and muscles.
I'm gonna workout your videos every single day and I'm gonna do these workouts every single day every single freaking day I'm gonna do the workout tomorrow for 11 days
As a lot of comments have stated. These exercises will not get rid of your belly. What they will do is get what is hidden under it ready for the big reveal. You will only get rid of belly fat by eating the right things and going into calorie deficit and get rid of bad food habits. Here is the bad news. It can take just as long to get rid of the fat as it did to put it there and maybe longer. I am 74. I developed a belly over the past six months running up to Christmas 2023. I ate everything and topped nearly 12.5 stone. That is a lot for me. I like to be around 11.5 stone or less. I started walking 10000+ steps a day, just walking, nothing strenuous just walking around and taking the neighbors dog for a walk every morning. I also use a walking treadmill, nothing fancy with sensible speeds. I cut out the carbs. No bread, no potatoes, no processed food and drank lots of cold water. Plenty of protein (not shakes). I started making overnight oats for breakfast which take me way past lunch. In just 3 weeks I lost 8.5 lb. I want to get my core strong and these exercises are ideal for me as they don´t require any floor activity and I reckon that in about two weeks the last of my belly will be gone and I will have a good, tight core again. If you are elderly then a strong core is vital to prevent falls and other issues. It takes hard work to get rid of excess flab. You have to be strong willed. Enjoy working out new (smaller) meals from good produce, there is plenty of advice on RU-vid. You will be very surprised at how soon the hunger pangs go and the sugar spikes drop when you start eating the right satiating (filling) foods.
Simpleng exercise pero maganda sya. Kaso nahihirapan ang aking legs lalo na sa pag lift nito. Pero uulit ulitin ko para lumiit ang akin buteteng tiyan.
