I enjoy y’all’s videos. Always positive enthusiastic about fishing. Not gear snobs any priced tackle as long as it’s good . just regular guys having fun fishing with friends I love that ! I don’t like it when other guys discourage or make people feel bad because they can’t Or maybe just don’t want or need to spend a lot of money on gear turns people off takes the fun out of it when they think there rig is t good enough. You guys do a great job thanks for the videos.

Bought a Lew’s Mach 1 spin combo recently at Academy. $99 MSRP. On sale for $71. My son and I each bought one last year. This was such a good price that I bought a 2nd one. Great combos. Have used for inshore salt water and fresh water with 30# Power Pro.

Amazon has this combo. The, Piscifun Torrent. Bait caster with some length and firmness options. I got the 6 foot 9 inch medium/medium with the 7.1:1 reel. I've been using it all year with no issues. Its somewhere in the 70-80$ range and if you catch a sale you can get it for 62.50$

I like the Abu vendetta rod and promax baitcaster, got both at walmart here for like $130 but they dont make the pro max anymore (its max pro now). 2 years later they are both great. I rock some Berkley Cherrywood's on some setups, they are disposable @ $25 and wally world always has em. I usually break one a year by my fault or I use em as lenders. I just got a Pfluger president with a Berkley lightning rod for $35 with my bass pro points and the real oxide inserts help so much more with braid vs the solid metal eyes on the cherry wood. But they still will catch10-15lb wipers up here in MO all day!

See but a lew reel can make most rods feel amazing... I have an American hero speed spin on an ugly stik gx2 that I occasionally use for top water frogs. Lews have yet to disappoint t me with any tackle honestly

In all of the videos I've watched you say that you like a challenge why not compare the best lews reel you can find to the same size diawa black gold on snakehead because I've heard good and bad about both brands and I favor diawa and would like to know which one is better
