Thanks to Jennifer's belief and support, our experimental project has led to the creation of powerful and insightful videos that capture the emotions and struggles of midlife women's health.
From our first shoot, I surprised to discover the depth of vulnerability and courage that these women possessed when discussing their challenges. Our amazing volunteers bravely shared their experiences on camera to raise awareness and break the stigma around perimenopause and menopause.
Even though the struggles are very real and life-changing, most women feel very optimistic about life after menopause. They reach a stage of personal acceptance and recognize that prioritizing themselves to stay healthy both mentally and physically is vital.
The impact of our work can be seen in the positive comments on our RU-vid channel. Women appreciate our videos and feel less alone because of them.
Most importantly, the video stories inspire our viewers to take action to get the medical help they need. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that we're making a difference in individuals' health and wellbeing and look forward to continuing to do so.

Shared Menopause Stories
Am I In Menopause? PROJECT is a platform for radically honest storytelling that gives a voice to diverse individuals experiencing struggles with midlife women's health.
We’ve identified asked a selected group of individuals and asked them to participate in this a project so they can in which they share stories about their personal experiences with menopause symptoms. We hope that through this project of shared storytelling it will help us all learn more what’s happening to our bodies, give us tools and information that we can use for our own self-care, and remind us that we are not alone.
Am I in menopause? PROJECT uses personal shared stories to:
• Give hope to women who are struggling with menopause
• Normalize menopause experiences
• Give real life examples of what has worked for other women
• Showcase women’s courage in the face of this midlife journey
• And most importantly reassure women that they are not alone and that there is a way through
