nice thing about this place from the front just a normal nothing impressive and probably helps from having unwanted persons until they find out the back yard! water bill has to be pretty high if don't have personal well.
More gentrification. Yucca needs to ban the practice of converting lower cost starter homes into mid to higher level homes. By the way, if you know Yucca, whoever owns this house will spend most of their free time or a pretty high monthly maintenance cost keeping that pool free of sand. I give it a year and the owner will be selling or tearing that pool down.
Thats the most luxurious pool on RU-vid. The stage is really unique. Only thing that id change, is the outside bathroom door. Maybe bamboo pattern, or stained glass.
Yucca Valley is very cheap compared to almost all of California....buy a place there now if you want a great long term investment... but it's still pretty sketchy
