"Constant Busch" 0:50 probably time to hand your licence in. You deliberately drove into that car. You had plenty of time to take evasive action. Hope your insurance company is going to pull your pants down 😂
0:30, that is so odd, pulls out with a car passing, bad positioning, speeds up when it is obvious someone has pulled out, time to hit horn, then a collision. I hope Insurance made you pay for that.
@@george-ev1dqI think with this video it would be hard to argue 50/50 it was a deliberate ram. He easily had time to stop and chose not to. 50/50 is when you both make a mistake and it's unavailable. This was 100% avoidable. He chose not to and ram the other car.
@@george-ev1dq Criminal intent overrides regular liability. Cammer should pay 100% there unless both insurance companies drop the ball badly. Cammer should also be charged for that.
@@SVEVelsen Fair point, but insurance companies want to screw all parties over to max out their profits, they like to find blame where there is none and they do not operate within the Highway code and RTA, they make the rules up to suit their deep pockets.
7:03 looks to me like the other car was already on the roundabout it was up to you to look to your right, and slow down.. it's a roundabout, not a straight road for you..
Totally agree with you. If an accident was caused the cammer would have full responsibility as you have to give way to the right of you. Fiat driver was in the right.
@@TCTeslaTPT2 the opposite car cut across the roundabout, so not really. both in the wrong. if this went to court, it's equally liable. cammer for not slowing and following the roundabout which would increase the distance between them and the opposite car. the opposite car for not going AROUND the roundabout and slowing down in the process, not to mention indicating their intention. again, this would increase the distance between them and the cammer. you can't just use "give way to the right" as a defence.
@@EricSmith-km1jbCompletely agree. The cam car appears to speed up but the oncoming car, in displaying no indication, was in fact indicating to go straight on. Drivers using indicators is getting less and less, nowadays, and it’s a crashingly poor trait.
As an HGV driver i have seen trucks trying to pass each other and no one easing off to let the other pass. They still havent figured it out that you get no where doing an extra half mile an hour!!! Is embarrassing tp watch
Used to be class one and I can only think that there is no deterrent and very poor training these days. In my day losing your license for minor infringements was a very real possibility but I've seen class one drivers on tv shouting the odds with the police when caught driving illegally; about time the law was enforced.
7:05 really rubbish driving from both cars, the cammer not reading the road and not giving way at the roundabout but also the black car with no indication of where it’s going
Why do you caption a clip ‘near Warwickshire’. If it’s not in said county, then it is in another county. Or say (for example) ‘Warwickshire/Oxfordshire border’. It is lazy.
Its got to be said, Range Rovers seem to be the 'go-to' vehicle of choice for all the aggressive, blasé, arrogant, shameless, egotistical people in society. Which is crazy when you think that the average cost is quite a bit higher that the 'Average' car - Maybe that's what money turns you into ????
3 miles every hour further down the road so 30 miles in a 10 hour day. Not saying that what that muppet was doing in the outside lane was correct but explaining what they gain.
not as stupid as you, if every truck fell in line you would have a wall of trucks on the inside lane and snowflakes like complaining they cant go onto the slip road
2nd clip, why did the cammer speed up and hit the vehicle, with how slow you set off the other guy was surely to go but was just a bit slow, you could have just eased off the accelerator and let them go. Like a knob you decided to show them
3:13 I saw something similar on the M1 southbound a couple of weeks ago. It’s in the four lane “smart” section where they’re constructing more emergency areas so lane 1 of 4 is closed, with lanes 2,3 and 4 as running lanes. There’s an HGV in lane 2, two HGVs in lane 3 and lane 4 is free. The trailing HGV in lane 3 decided to overtake the HGV in front of them by moving into lane 4, which is illegal on both 3 lane and 4 lane motorways.
I don't think the cyclist stayed in their cycle lane - he appears really close to the pedestrians so I think the cyclist was cutting the corner across the pavement. (He did have hands on handlebars though, just not near the brakes). Also, "If my are hadn't been insured, I'd have been the one in court wouldn't I?". Yes you would - for not insuring your car!
The last video with the person at the roundabout, the dashcam driver was in the wrong. The person turning right, even though they may not have been Indicating, was in the lane to turn right.
The hazardous tanker wasn’t fighting for position it was in the middle lane getting speed up and was just holding its speed for big incline coming up. Unlike the clown on the right who lost all his momentum 😂
The blue truck was streamlining (using the front one to push the air out of the way), but the driver was too thick to know it - all racing car drivers know that you can sit behind a competitor and back off the pedal, then hit the gas to overtake and win. But trucks can't do that with speed limiters.
I know the driving in the UK is really bad at times, but half of these clips are sent in by complete melts. Second clip could have been avoided, but you deliberately drove in to him to make a point. "Impatient manoeuvres" are not against the law, as in the vehicles turning right before the lights go back to green.
Last clip, while they were in the wrong you totally missed the obvious hazard and didn't even slow down. There road positioning alone showed you where they intended to go.
KENT CAM, that car had their tyres on the white line. YES they should have been further to the left. But they were inches over the divide not "nEaRlY cAuSinG HeAD-On CRAsH"
Denxo needs glasses, could tell from a mile off he would have to give way to that fiat as it was in the right hand lane for turning right so no signal needed.
I can't believe the behaviour of the cammer in the second clip @0:36. Yes that car should not have pulled out, but instead of the cammer moderating his/her speed a little, just sat on the horn rather than taking any action to avoid the collision until too late (or was he/she deliberately getting close as a "punishment" manoeuvre and got it slightly wrong). That accident was so, so avoidable even with the behaviour of the silver car. It turned a non-event into something that is going to be an inconvenience and expense to both drivers. If the insurance companies get to see that footage, then it's likely to be considered a shared responsibility. In short, completely boneheaded driving. Also, there must be a big shortage of material if clips #1 and #4 were considered worthy of inclusion.
Surprises me to see a hazardous tanker driver getting into a race to prove a point. Box truck in lane 3 overtaking, sure, it's a no no, but pising about with a tanker, what a total arsehole.
Why was Ashmoto not riding in the centre of the lane where he would be in the van drivers blindspot if he was minding his own business in his lane. In reality, he was sneaking past to try to push in to turn right
O M G ..... second clip!!!! The fiesta may not have looked or was just slow pulling away but, DID YOU LOOK WHERE YOU WERE EVEN GOING? You need to loose YOUR licence for this and be prosecuted for wrecklkess endangerment. YOU deliberately drove into that car, YOU are the worst driver out of the 2 by a long way. You used your car as a weapon and should be dealt with accordingly. You're not even a clown ........ you are much worse
4.20 driver says you stay where you are. Why not just let him out. Why do these dash campers cause so much trouble. No attempt to avoid the problem. It’s time we banned people from either owning cams or downloading them. This channel, like others is encouraging dangerous driving by the dashcammers camera so they can show their exploits.
Cyclist not concentrating and you comment”if my car wasn’t insured I would have been in court”……. Well duh if. You weren’t insured you shouldn’t be on the road anyway so yes you would be in court🤔
5.27 dash comer trying to keep up with the stupid chase. But why does the dash camper do that. Oh yes so he can post it. So yet again this site encouraging dangerous driving.
Wtf was clip number 2 doing , looks like he pulled out on one driver then speeds up to hit the other car . Good luck sending that footage in to your insurance company 😂😂😂
Agreed. Nothing wrong, nothing unsafe. Are they supposed to sit there idling and wasting time when their road is 40 ft away? Yes of course they are apparently!
You can be a hgv driver at 18 now in the uk! Far too young and inexperienced! Happy to take unnecessary risks, because they know nothing yet believe they know everything!
@Nickbaldeagle02 very true! However, if you have had a car licence for a year, you can take hgv test at 18! Maybe agency will take them? Family business? Approximately 40000 loads a day short in the uk! Average hgv driver age is 60, so retirement not far away! Government has tried to get more drivers by lowering the age from 21 to 18! I deliver food in a 44t, 60 grand a year! I'm 50 with 25 years a hgv driver. 60k at 18......its possible!!
Clip is from around 2018, silver mondeo driver was caught, got 6 points and fined £1000 after it was found the incident was initiated by him brake checking the mini who did actually make contact with the rear bumper of the mondeo
@@dazenza5934 Mondeo man got six months jail as well as the ban, and the mini driver was banned for 12 months and got 150 hours unpaid work and an 18 month community order.
The clip on the M40. Looks like lorry in the left lane held back speed to let middle lorry overtake quicker because they saw the lorry breaking the law in the 3rd lane. Unbelievable the lorry in the 3rd lane ends back in the left and wanted to come out again . In other parts of the Country where they call smart motorways with 4 lanes and no hard shoulder. Those motorways were fine before 3 lanes are enough. If all lorries stayed in left hand lane and only move across if something in front is going really slow. For anyone joining the motorway at junctions just hold back and leave a gap rather than going across.
so after watching literally hundreds of these clips, it seems to me that there is no point having a dashcam cause you are going to get the blame anyway, just my perspective.
The behaviour of the two trucks on the M40 is abhorrent. The rigid should not have been in the right most lane at all. This is the result of the government relaxing the rules on licenses following the pandemic. Cornflakes packet license holders.
4:46 The exact reason why cyclists should have insurance and number plates. Who's going to pay for any damage caused to that car if we don't know who he is?
It looks as if the cycle lane has priority, at 4:32 you can see the give way markings to the left of the drivers lane which are before the cycle symbol in the cycle lane, the cyclist also appears to be with in the cycle lane (rather than on the pavement) so it looks as if the driver's insurance will be paying for any damage to the car.
@@bthorne180607, when approaching a giveway line, you should stop and give way to traffic on the roundabout. Once a vehicle's front wheels have crossed the give-way lines, it has established its priority and others need to give way. Even if they didn't indicate their intention, it's essential to be cautious and stop at the giveaway lines. Check Section 185 of the Highway code. The fact that they didn't indicate their intention should have given them more reason to be cautious and stop at the giveaway lines.
@@bthorne180607 They entered the roundabout from a "TURN RIGHT" lane, and were well committed to the turn before the cammer entered the roundabout. The only fault lies with teh cammer there.
@@stuinNorway Wakey Wakey, you still indicate so others know what your are doing, if you don’t understand that you shouldn’t be on the road yourself. If you’re coming from the other direction you don’t know what that car is doing. Yes the cammer is in the wrong but there’s also blame on the other car not driving correctly
