The drive up is sooooo perfect! It's one of those drives where everything is beautiful! ❤I'm so happy you rode along with me! 🌺And isn't this park just wonderful?! Ugh...I love it!
I don't think there is a city bus that makes its way there, but you can always Uber or taxi up there (and have the car wait for you if you aren't going to picnic). I also saw a few tour buses there, so you may be able to hop on a tour as well! I hope you have a blast in Waikiki when you visit.

2:48 This is what I don’t get about Oahu. Warning signs about High Theft Areas .. As a tourists they jam ALOHA and it’s meaning to us but when you see areas with signs like this , where has the Aloha gone ? There is definitely two sides to this island 🏝
Great point! It's paradise here for sure and the aloha spirit is a real thing...I've experienced it and try to live that way as well..but, just like any place...everyone is not wrapped up in the Aloha spirit. And that sign is a reminder of that. That said...I've never experienced any theft personally...but, I also lock my doors. I'm a city boy; I can't help it.
