That's not the point. They released a statement saying she was having surgery. Naturally, people were concerned for her health but nobody demanded anything. Then she releases a photo (of her own free will) where she appears to be in good health, and then it turns out that the image is manipulated. How much? Nobody knows for sure, but enough for the media outlets to pull it. Her privacy is respected. Trying to deceive the public is not.
