One of the guys who is very close to the royal family did an interview and said that she is not well she had surgery and it has something to do with her appearance and of course she's a woman she cares about what she looks like. Then she releases a photo (of her own free will) where she appears to be in good health, and then it turns out that the image is manipulated. How much? Nobody knows for sure, but enough for the media outlets to pull it. Her privacy is respected. Trying to deceive the public is not.
