Fauci and e Karen?

So I am a renal (kidney) patient on dialysis. I was told back in late 2021 that if I wanted to get another transplant, I would need to get the COVID jab and that without said jab I would not be allowed to get a transplant. Well 2 things have happened since they told me that. Firstly, they rescinded their mandates they had upon me and told me I no longer needed to get jabbed for a transplant and secondly, I decided around early September of 2023, that I didn't want another transplant anyway since the treatment I am currently receiving is better than having that surgery anyway. Now they can't threaten me anymore as far as jabs and transplants go. Nevertheless, I was still disgusted by what they said and did to me early on.

Yes the mandates were unfortunate but in times of fear and thousands of people losing their lives , one doctors opinion on the front under pressure is not the best judge of controlling a pandemic and is not the time for individual rights, it becomes about others and the whole world population. That’s what the mandates were originally intended. Unfortunately some bureauratez kept these mandates too long causing individuals distress and anger. Let’s pray we do better next time, because there will be a next time.
