I recently stopped using substances and I feel really depressed, I have really bad mood swings, I barley eat and I don’t feel like being around anyone. I don’t trust no one. I’ve numb my pain for years with weed& alcohol, I decided to stop for good because I want to work on myself and truly be happy with being myself. I hope this pain heals, I hope I can find myself again. I’m scared but I don’t want to relapse, I need to change my life for the better. I don’t want anything holding my potential back. This is calming me down, as I feel a heavy release. This too shall pass.

I call upon the pure White Light for cleansing, realignment, renewal and protection, now. I AM protected from all negativities, purged from all malignant energies and held in the sanctity of the Light, in all dimensions of my being. I shed and release that which obstructs my luminous and true nature. Through divine mercy and grace, for the spiritual benefit of all beings, and so it is. 🤍 🕊️ ✨

Not even a minute had passed from the frequency I felt strong energy from my solar chakra to my fingertips and from above to my headImmediately, I felt the solar chakra and then the third eye feeling a special energy, maybe to remove the blockageAnd after 16.27 minutes of the video, I felt energy in my heart chakra and a little in the sacral chakra.Overall, it was very impressive
