I paid too much for this one, perhaps the most expensive 1:43 scale model in my collection, this is why we have a separate video just for this one. Total: $162.67.

It's appreciated that you make the distinction between true limousines, that is a vehicle included in a automotive brand's official production line and manufactured at their factory, as opposed to those stretched or otherwise lengthened chassis cars assembled at secondary facilities not affiliated with the original brand. Now, regarding these 1:43 models, are you familiar with any limousines produced by Paul's Model Art / Minichamps line? I have in my collection an example of "The Kennedy Car" produced in Paul's "Presidential Vehicles Series, No. 1" and have been searching for other models in this series. I have only found one other vehicle, the "Quick Fix" model based on the original JFK limo that you previously reviewed (although in larger scale). Rumor has it that there exists the Nixon limo, but I've never seen one for sale. Apparently, it's the 1:43 scale 1969 Lincoln Continental Executive Limousine, manufactured by the Ford Motor Co., the first bespoke and fully armored and enclosed presidential parade limousine. It was used by all presidents from Nixon through Carter until it was retired. The original vehicle is on display at the Nixon Museum and Birthplace in California. Thank you for your dedication to the niche area of collecting scale model limousines. There are many of us out there, and we've finally found a home!
