A loofah is actually a vegetable, what we use to scrub with in the bath is it's dried form, think of what the inside of a zucchini looks like, but dried out and the skin removed. I wish I could put a photo in the comments of what it looks like. Those poufs are made from plastic netting.

OMG my mom died in Aug 2001. She missed 9/11 and I'm glad. That would have killed her anyway by the shock. She's been there many times. Anyway, she loved Gardenia plants and Gardenia scented products. I forgot all about that.
