i also want some more. But I have a prohibition from my wife to buy new guitars .. She thinks I already have enough guitars........I hope Santa will surprise me
Gorgeous guitar.. After some time do you still like the neck feel, play and sound?? Would love to test drive a Special somewhere looking to buy but they are really hard to find in stores right now. Thanks for sharing
sorry for not responding until now. but now I've really had the time to get to know the guitar. and I can tell you I'm still happy with it. the neck still feels great and the sound is exactly what you expect just perfect. the only thing that could be a downside for someone is that you see all the dirt very quickly on the finish.
oh that sucks can't you exchange it? the build quality of mine is good, frets are neatly finished, the paint is neatly applied. the only thing i had was a potentiometer that was broken.
@@AMFguitarchannel When I bought it they were hard to get in the purple... so I did not return it. Although you just validated my complaint.. with your pots knob being broken. Steer clear of Fender and EVH. Garbage quality control... Maybe the American built is better,.. but the MIM is garbage
@@philie91 I think the potentiometer was damaged during transport. and exchanged the guitar with warranty for another one that has no problems at all. and unfortunately almost all manufacturers suffer from poor quality control from time to time. and for the amounts that a guitar costs, this should not be possible.
At first I wanted the polar white but it was not available. So I took this one and didn't regret it for a moment! but the paint quickly suffers from stains so to keep it nice it is a lot of cleaning which I don't like to do. the polar white is probably less affected by this.
@@AMFguitarchannel I'd get the Stealth with the kill switch for me. I Have 6 EVH guitars in total and 5 Jacksons Two Adrian Smith Signatures And 1 Adrian Smith Signature USA and then 2 Dinkies. I really dig the color of your new EVH I might have to get one I really dig the EVH guitars they are so smooth to play.
