Unboxing a iPod touch 3rd generation running IOS 3!!! 

I never had the 3rd gen but I did get the 2nd Gen iPod Touch around 2010 maybe 2011. Lots of nostalgia associated with those old iPods and I miss the old skeuomorphic design of iOS and OS X.

what’s crazy is I actually have one of these laying around my house somewhere (I have no idea where)… It’s nostalgia kind of ran off with me around 2017-2018… I remember the last apps I think I ran on it were like spotify, youtube, and safari. I think it runs like ios 6.1… that’s not as cool as ios 3 but still cool!

I have a 32GB 3rd gen with blobs for iOS 3.1.3 and 4.0-4.3 lol

I use to have a iPod touch 2gen that I would jailbreak at school

there’s a lot of apps you can download on ios5 as long as you downloaded it beforehand on a newer iphone or downloaded it before

I still use my 3rd gen iPod touch unfortunately I had to update to 5.1.1 to have apps since anything lower won't run anything. besides that I love having the permanent jailbreak and watching RU-vid on the og app

Does it have internet by itself?

I have an iPod touch 3 but I’m starting to face an issue. Whenever I charge the iPod battery it just flickers the apple logo and then goes back to the red charging screen, goes to apple logo then turns itself off, what should I do?

In 2020 I did the dumbest and stupidest thing ever. I updated my iPod touch 3rd generation from iOS 4.0 to 5.1.1 without saving SHSH blobs. I regret doing that
