The company name is pronounced LAH-mee (LAH rhymes with ah, as in, “Say ah”). They’re a German pen company that’s been around for decades. Very well respected in the pen world. I have a couple of their Safari fountain pens (love them!), but I’ve never tried the pens you were sent. And the pen roll for the pencils was super cool, too!

Right now a currently use a spiral journals for my note taking or journaling, so I like them the best. I always love checking out a new journaling company. It is pronounced Lamy "Lam my" and they are really great pens made in Germany.

Well, definitely an improvement over my $1 spiral notebooks😂 As a decades-long Bible/prayer journaler, I definitely like a spiral bound because it lies flat. I also appreciate pockets in the front & back covers. Sometimes I have things that I print out that I want to keep. Love these!!

Oh my!!! The Lamy pens are amazing! A great quality pen. Very smooth writing apparatus. I love stationary so to see a company dedicated to Bible journaling supplies is awesome! I will definitely check them out and try to steward my purchases well!😅

One of the fountain pens in my rotation is a Lamy. Currently using gray ink that almost looks like pencil. Not for writing in a Bible, but love it on a good journal. The spiral-bound journal I might try, to see if the paper takes fountain pen ink. It might be good as a Jonathan Edwards miscellany notebook.

Thanks for your comment @windpeoples! Yes Lamy pens are one of our families favorite pens especially the fountain pens they offer. Because of this, when creating the Everyday Journal we made it a priority to be fountain pen compatible. My dad uses a fountain pen in his daily and I’m happy to say that the paper holds super well. I hope you give one of the journals a try and love it as much as we do! -Will from STWD

It looks too masculine, and that's strange considering the Bible journaling demographic is mostly women. I would much prefer a bright pink, orange, green, yellow, or beautiful blue option as a woman. (I want it to match all my bright Bibles!) So, I'll wait to buy until they bring in color options. (Especially pink, please STWD!)" Thanks, I just wanted to give some feedback back! 😊

We want the journal to be used and loved by both men and women so making it look appealing to both audiences is important to us. With that being said, do you think more women would like the case bound or the spiral bound journal? Would love hear your thoughts! -Will from STWD

@@williammalone1433Thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it! Personally, I would purchase both types of journals! And I love that they both have an elastic wrap and ribbon book mark! (For example, if I went into a Christian store and saw STWD journals for sale, but only one type was available (either spiral or hard bound) and the other type was sold out, I'd gladly purchase whichever type was on stock. (If there were more colors available 😄) I do like the compact quality of the hard bound style. I will be putting mine in my purse and using it every day with my Bible, so it may be more sturdy to purchase that style. I just might end up getting the hard bound! 😄 Thank you again, and may God bless your company! ✝️🎉

Will post this also on Tim Fritchs video of the Three Tims reviewing Bible publishers. I like Humble Lamb Bibles but wanted an ESV edition. I called Humble Lamb and asked if they were going to make an ESV Bible and I was told that Crossway refuses to allow them to make the ESV (Crossway has the rights to the ESV). Hard to imagine that Crossway would do this.. Very disappointed! Grow up Crossway!

As a female I have never liked pink. My sister got all the pink stuff as kids, I got the blue, so blue is my favorite color. I do love a nice, flowered cover though. I am definitely one who loves flowers, although I know that is more likely harder to make & more expensive I'm sure.
