What about the stowage items that I've seen advertised as part of that box? You never showed those.

Looks a lot like a less "fun" and better presented version of What A Tanker. Not saying thats a bad thing or anything as it is also more likely to bring more players to both games. Also looks like it might be a good option to downscale if someone has FoV terrain.

Yes. The basic range for weapons and movement are set for the usual 28mm, but a minor adjustment and 15mm, or whatever is good. Black Powder does the same thing, "Here's a set of rules, here are the guidelines. Now go play!" Also: My guess is that Bolt Action 3.0 will be inline with this campaign philosophy. Achtung Panzer is more the tabletop wargame over the historical wargame, but you can easily adapt it.
