@@ayesallangilp.8526 they’re right though. Ordered the battles ready Enma from them and they shipped it with no care at all. It had major flaws and ready to fall apart pretty much, took pics of sword and the the shipping box and have sent them several emails and they just tell me it was UPS fault. Have yet to hear from them and it’s been almost two months.

The swords your calling carbon steel , do you mean stainless steel ? I’m a metallurgist and a kendo / Tameshigiri practitioner and the high carbon steel starts at 1045 to 1095 and 9260, 5160, T10, T8, 1060, 1055, 1070, 1080, 1065, tamahagane, 5166, L6 Bainite, S7 shock steel, and any folded steel can be a bad choice if done wrong because a layer on one of the 15 folds can have an air pocket or a bad weld and it can be the weak point of a sword to break . The swords you show look to be wall hangers and that’s not a bad thing .

Hello. Im looking to buy 3 swords and I was wondering how should I know which swords are sharp and which are not. I want to be able to bring them out in public without legal problems so i'm looking for non-sharp shusui, sandai kitetsu and wado ichimonji. Thanks in advance!

Hi Andy! On our website fireandsteel.ca any sword that is made of Carbon Steel is NOT sharp. All swords that are High Carbon Steel or Battle-Ready are EXTREMELY SHARP. Will there be a high carbon steel version of yubashiri and enma? I definitely love the swords and definitely will get them in that better quality but I’m unsure about the regular carbon steel version

We plan on releasing all of them in High Carbon Steel, however that may take a long time. Most fans get the Carbon Steel version and resell them once we make the Battle-Ready (High Carbon Steel) version available. Most people still want the version that is non-sharp (Carbon Steel). for a real sized mihawk sword, u just make the hilt plastic and the front of the blade stainless steal, and make the back of the blade hollow

Actually high carbon has to do with density it has a higher density. I just got a nice rapier first real sword I'm happy with, I got a crap katana, if you got real battle ready katanas I might purchase one.

i was just wondering, on you guy’s website ur Nidai Kitestu (luffy’s sword) looks different to the one in this video and to the one i have. Mine maathces the one in this video but not the one on your website, what’s up with that? I also bought my sword from a anime store called Anime-niac and they didn’t tell me where it from but it’s identical to the one in this video. Also, my swords blade is bent from the guard and this makes it so the scabbard doesn’t sit right and it’s looser then it would normally be. Any help with these would be much appreciated :)

Hi, Duel! You can find our swords on sale with other retailers, but you'll always get the our own customer support team to help you in case you ever need it. We've updated the Nidai Kitetsu, so you probably got the 1st Edition of this sword, which is shown in this video, shot a while ago. The 2nd Edition looks different but what you see on our website is always what you'll get, that's why we updated the product photos. If you have the 1st Edition of this sword, it means you've purchased it a long time ago. If you ever have any issues with an item, we ask you to get in touch with us within 14 days after delivery. If this is a recent issue, please contact us through support@fireandsteel.ca with photos of the damage and your order number so we can look into it and we'll do our best to help you! :)
