I just won nano with 50,221 words. My story isn’t done though so I plan to keep going and finish the first draft by the end of the month. After watching your live today, I’d just like to say that I didn’t really believe in myself as a writer until I found your channel, and since then I’ve written six full length novels. You help so many people and inspire so many more. Please don’t let anyone take your light 🌟💕

I'm rewarding myself with a non fiction book for every 5k words (im a beginner)I've got my first reward a beautiful cookbook and I'm almost to my next reward a book on tarot card interactions.

I hit my 50k on the 10th and I’m still forging on. I will get this book finished by the end of month. I can feel it. I love your fluorite sarra I had one on my desk too but it’s more like a palm stone. It’s become habit to pick it up when I’m stuck and it always helps me concentrate 😁

Oh, and I want to say. THANK YOU for being an inspiration and motivating force. When I'm feeling imposter syndrome there are a few of your videos I will watch to boost my confidence. I've given myself a 4-month period to get my books going and then I'm cutting the cord, if I can, from my full-time job to write full-time. I'm excited! I'm also fearful, but I'm embracing the fear and seeing this as a fantastic change happening in my life and I should be looking forward to it. That annoying inner child likes to throw self-doubt in there, though!

I just wanted to thank you for the sprinting method. I didn't think it could possibly work for me, because timers always scared me in my school days. I finally just said to myself, "Look, I can't seem to focus today. Turn on the timer, try it for 25 minutes, and if nothing comes up, you can get up and call it a day." It buzzed 25 minutes later and I'd written over 700 words! At first I tried to race it, so it made me nervous, but I've relaxed about it now. I have kids, too, so it's useful to know that I can say, "I'm working on this right now. Can I help you in 10 minutes when I am finished with this timer?" Thank you, Sarra!

You can buy a virtual mailbox any were around the world and it should help with at least car insurance and other things. A lot of nomads used them it’s called One box

I am behind on my words but this video was really encouraging. I was going to just call it a night without writing because I was feeling a little tired but after watching your video tonight, I lit my candle and I have two hours to get some words down. Thank you so much for uploading this video and congrats on your word goal! You deserve those rewards! I bought my first Lunam Love candles tonight as well! I think I will use them for writing rewards this month. Sending all the creative energy your way and I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow.

For the stamps, I really recommend Versamagic CHALK ink. It works best on thinner paper (like your printed planner pages, and your Leuchterm (sp?)) because it doesn't bleed through. I'm not sure if WalMart carries it, but you can get it on JetPens and Amazon. For the other inks (like Ranger/Distress inks or anything archival) you won't want to use it on anything less than 120gsm paper. BUT if that's the only ink you can get, one trick is to stamp your image on a different piece of paper, then cut/tear around it and tip it into your planner/journal.

Haha, getting to this late (as usual). Sarra, have you considered a virtual mailbox? I did some research on those when I thought I was moving abroad and wanted a US address. They're not too expensive and they give you a street address (not a PO box), plus they sort any mail you have and can send packages. It might give you a permanent address for things like car and health insurance.

So happy you posted your vlog. Watching it is how I like to end my day. I had to skip a scene, which became my “swampy middle” yesterday and am so happy I made that decision. Words aren’t flowing but we have forward momentum! Love those oracle cards! I only own one deck - the Wisdom of the Oracles is what they’re called I think. Have a great weekend!

Wow! I can't believe how big Andrew is! Evie, too. Yikes. Time flies! :) Enjoy it while you can! My baby just turned 18 and is looking into colleges. It's crazy how quickly that happened. I like to use my oracle cards alongside my tarot. I do a tarot spread and then pull an oracle card to add to the message.

Glad to see I wasn't the only one up last night! I'm starting to catch up. I started this month with a new book, this will be book 4 I'm writing. I'm on the way to publishing after finally having finished your Publish and Thrive course (okay, I have a week left xD). I plan on having at least one book published by the end of next month. Oh, and BTW, I love your hobonichi. I started using one a few months ago. I love YOUR planner, but it wasn't feasible for me to carry it around easily. I found the hobonichi to be similar enough to yours that I could craft it the way I wanted. I absolutely love it. You should think about selling your quarterly planners in A6 size with a bound cover or something. I would so buy that!!!

Samhain is pronounced Sow (as in "cow") en (as in "in") by the way: Sow-en. And I don't mean this rudely, I just study Irish is all :) Lovely candles!!

Good for you! I'm way behind. I'm doing some difficult freelance writing work and attending appointments and running errands that are sucking up all my time. Once I'm done with the writing job, I hope to make up the words I need. My Nano page is so sad. I'm not even at 5K words. I'm trying not to stress about it because it's supposed to be fun. Still, I would like to continue to participate and get more words in.

I'm a little over 2k behind, and I'm probably going to end the week being 2k behind. It's okay. I'm okay...or I will be. Thursday was a little hard because I know the chapter I'm working on is a cluster F like a Big Cluster F. I outline and it was one of the harder chapters to outline because I knew what I needed in the chapter, but how everything was going to flow together I wasn't sure and it doesn't flow. BUT as hard as it has been to write this chapter and I know it needs A LOT of editing the last scene of the chapter was really easy to do and it flowed and it was great. My husband and I would love to be able to buy a house early next year. I don't think it's going to happen, but I also want to know what we can expect in our price range. Our area is not doing too badly on housing so I have a rough idea what we can expect. Sunday there are a few open houses in our area for houses in our price range. I'm excited to be able to really look into the houses and see what we can expect in our price range.

Samhain is actually Sowen ( or sowin or sha win they all pretty much sound the same) the halloween movies even got it wrong lol Its a hard one. I am not saying this to be awful I just thought you would like to know

I don’t think you are pronouncing “Samhain” correctly. Like me, you seem like someone that would want to be sure you pronounce words that are important to you correctly. I think it’s often pronounced “Saw•one,” but you should Google it. Love your videos.
