Surely the sound is as unique and individual as the person hearing it - and you'd have to hear it in person, not on a RU-vid video.

@@jasonl1942 is that the US bipolar thing? Either you don't hear it or if you hear it, it must be in person. Hearing it on RU-vid then let's totally not support it

@@jasonl1942 besides, if they can record it using Line Out, then if you sit in front of the piano and use headphones to listen to your own playing, vs watching the RU-vid video using headphones, they should be close to identical. So I don't know why you are saying you have to hear it in person

Could you share with me how you got the sound you really wanted? I have the GP6 arriving on June 17 and would love to hear how you got your sound. I played it at the store and I was saddened that the tone was not what I expected. I thought maybe the store was two big and carpeted and busy.

@@StacyRenardPiano hola . La app ofrece muchas posibilidades .puedes cambiar el tono de cada nota . En el gp3 algunas para mí gusto venían descompensadas .algunas notas le cambié el carácter y el volumen y la afinacion. Luego en general le tengo puesto el key touch a 45. Y el brillo a 6 . Pero depende de cómo lo sientas tú en el piano . Una cosa importante es el volumen .eso puede hacer que el sonido este más apagado y que las notas pesen más . Así que te aconsejo mínimo a la mitad de volumen . Si es menos creo que los auriculares sería mejor . Aunque perderías el sonido real del instrumento por la madera . Con la App de Roland puedes poner el piano a tu gusto. Seguro que encuentras el sonido que te gusta . Si tienes alguna duda te puedes poner en contacto conmigo de nuevo para ayudarte . Got my piano and set it to your specifics ….i like. What tuning did you do? 440, 442 or 432 which is suppose to be harmonious with nature. I like the 432 in that it sounds more natural and not so sharp and bright.

El 432 lo tengo que probar . El problema es que para las producciones de discos está en 440 lo normal .pero para solo de piano lo probaré .muy importante editar notas . Algunas para mí gusto están mal de carácter y afinación y volumen . Hay que ser quirúrgico en esto .yo soy así . Yo lo tengo de la siguiente manera Lid:5 . Key touch 35 ( 45 más natural) Brillo 6 Ambiente al 3 Cabinete al 3 o 4 En la mesa mezcla externa le tengo dado un poco de agudo (Eso para auriculares) También depende de qué auriculares tenga claro.tambien decir que dos pequeños altavoces buenos como genelec a los lados dan un salto de calidad al piano . Espero te ayude con esto

Thanks for suggestions. It is a process I am finding. I have reset to factory settings a few times and started again from scratch. When using the roland app on iPad connected via Bluetooth… I would get this terrible reverb feedback when playing. Finally realized it was that my volume on iPad was up. Turned it all way down and sound was clean. It also did same with cell phone.
