You made a wise choice Paul. I’ve had that same griddle for over a year now and absolutely love it. You will appreciate having the extra cooking space. If I would change anything about it, it would have a hindged hood instead of the hard cover.

I just got the Blackstone bbq with the side griddle and pizza oven. Still in the box, don't know how good these grills are, never heard of it, I'll let you.

Took two of us an hour plus. It was missing a cotter pin, so we improvised. Did watch at least two videos. Looking forward to using it.

Nice video! I purchased this grill and brought it home in a compact car by taking everything out of the box. Folded the box it came in down.

Thank you! I struggled for hours on the side shelf brackets and turned to RU-vid. Followed your right front left back and bingo!! Directions were tricky on that part. I kept using both R’s and L’s on the respective side of the grill.

Hi - question for you…the hood just lifts off correct? Only reason I ask is there are aligned holes on the hood and grill for what looks like it could be a pin to hold and hinge.

Sure would be nice to actually see the parts your referencing. Hard to tell one hinge from another or one bracket from another with the video being shot from 6 miles away. Would also be nice if the griddle actually came with instructions. Bought brand new from WalMart, no instructions and nothing was pre-assembled like you had...
