This is the best white dial diver in the $400-$500 range. Checks all the boxes. The NH35 is the AR15 of the watch world. Highly underrated. Should be celebrated.

there are two variants of this model....the general world release and the made in Japan model which is sold at a premium and appears to have superior finishing than the general release. Waiting for mine to arrive.

This is made in Japan model. Their made in same factory just being delivered too diff. Parts of the world.

I just got the samurai king manta. Its thr best. This is next on my list. I hope they make more samurai seiko thats unique like these two!!! I was close to buy the street fighter ryu one speed 5 but im glad i found the king samurai version of seiko. (But i hope they use the metal bracelet instead of the rubber one)

just ordered my own king samurai manta :D Question: Did the Manta come in a special box? compared to the one showed in this video?

@@bgtip nice, the box is blue and quite hardy. I think all king samurai comes in this box regardless where you're from. I have the sharp edge series and the box is different then the ones they get in germany. But not for king samurai im pretty sure.

Looks great but wish it had the day of the week with the date, then it would be perfect, my cheaper SKX009 pepsi has it and it makes the watch. Thanks for the video

The Samurai don't have the day of the week. Seiko Turtles, have the Day and dat. You could check out the King Turtles, they came out at the start of 2020.

@@artedepaula Thank you, I know they offer it there, but to my taste & opinion the King Samurai is a gorgeous looking watch & by far better looking then the turtle 🐢. Plus the white dial & black bezel is very easy on the eyes to look at. Believe it or not these Seiko watches at this price point mechanical are fantastic time pieces, and keep perfect time. Reason I haven't purchased a Grand Seiko already, and I own Rolex, Breitling, Tag Heuer, Mido (my newest watch, ocean star gmt blue) Rado, my next watch i maybe a Sinn. Anyway thank you for your opinion Appreciate your videos & all the best.

I am very disappointed that my new King S ST Ocean is gaining 30 seconds per day. This is almost 4 minutes per week, so once a week I have to reset it. I find it unacceptable that such an expensive watch ($600) has such low quality control. Now, for the record, nobody uses them for diving nor bets their life on them thus. Every diver uses a diving computer.
