I've been wanting to try the pixie crystals but was afraid of how they would turn out. how well did they stay on? have you encapsulated in acrylic or gel and if so, how did they look?
They stayed on until next fill was needed I'd say about 2-3 weeks longer even but I needed to do fills......and applied just like in video....encapsulating or doing a top gel coat would dull out the shine just like when you apply Swarovski crystals.... Never go over them just around them
I think it’s best to use gel the thicker kind to construct nails that one holds the nixie much better. I tried both the thick one and the one I use for shine and they all fell off! Only the thicker gel held for weeks!
gitana pozo the triangle I bought at hobby lobby details are in description bar and the thicker gel is to adhere pixie and use regular gel polish to only seal edges .... adding to top will dull your crystals

Minji Babe that was a brand new jar I had just opened it's supposed to be that way it's used only to adhere the crystal pixie or small Swarovski crystals..... this is not builder gel
Hi, I would really appreciate if u help me with two questions, I have a clear finish gel, can I use it? (I have never heard what a play gel is, I only have cover gel for construction, and clear finish gel), and... It doesnt need a top coat or sth? I mean, why only at the edges? Thanks 4 sharing!
You can use and type of gel actually.... if its sort of a thicker consistency than polish just make sure to pay down pixie before curing in led/uv and also cap your sides and nail edges
The gel Brush i used i got off of eBay years ago it came in a pack of 4 or 5 and The Number on that one is #4 very inexpensive around $5 if I remember correctly
+lynetta harris I love this for my clients that want the high shine bling with out the bulkiness of the regular size Swarovski crystals .....I would definitely recommend them except for the black ones I didn't feel they gave off the same shine as the others but it could be just because of the black itself..... In the details I have my IG page where you can see clear pictures of the different colors being used
