I just ordered my first diamond painting pro canvas (I usually order from Paint With Diamonds), and I'm waiting for it to arrive. The kit/ canvas/ quality looks exactly the same as paint With diamond kits makes me so happy!! I was nervous about ordering from a different site than I'm used to. I love that diamond painting pro also offers paint With numbers which I also ordered! Super excited to receive them!

I'm a square lover and a single placer, I have learnt where I can (and can't) buy good double sided adhesive through my own experience. Being on a fixed income I can afford a poured glue occasionally but most of my stash is double sided adhesive, mainly Evermoments. Hey hey Mrs Coffee much love from Queensland Australia 💜🇦🇺

Yes this is the company I was talking about a few videos again. This is where I got my custom from and it was a square and the drills popped like crazy. Atleast 3colors were off. Other than that a beautiful image rendering and the canvas had no issues like bubbles or rivers.

After watching this video last night I checked out the website. Yes, they are selling unlicensed art work on their website, 2 examples are Nene Thomas art and Jean-Baptiste Monge art works. If you are going to buy from them PLEASE make sure you are not buying an illegal picture.

Last night I forgot to add, I only buy from DAC. So to my surprise, I didn't expect the kit I wanted so much to come available. I guess I was wrong. Maybe I'll have money available sometime this week. Still going to cross my fingers. I have the total of four paintings, with one completed and one I'm working on now. Two still in boxes.

How long from ordering to receiving it did it take to arrive? My kit tracking has been stuck in the US for 7 days and I'm worried. Is it normal for this to happen or should I worry my package was lost. Their customer service stinks and won't respond to my questions.

Hi Mrs Coffee, I have two customs from diamond painting pro & so far so good. I just finished kiting up so I can get started on it soon. There was no bubbles or anything I paid $90 for a 90x70cm square & then i had a coupon which I was able to get a 100x60cm square custom for $80

PLEASE HELP Lol! Do you remember how long it took to get your kit from order date to delivery? I ordered mine on 11/4/23 and i know it is coming from China that's not the worrying part. What has me nervous is that the tracking has been stuck at departing a partner shipping facility in the US for a week now. Is that normal or should i be worried my package was lost?

I use Paint With Diamonds, and on that site, you will upload your photo, and it will show you what the canvas will look when printed, which I love. I haven't tried a custom kit from diamond painting pro however this site looks like a sister company to them. So I would fully recommend it. Just go bigger on the canvas size depending on the image and details!

I ordered a custom from this company, my dog is black canvas had him purple, drills were lilac. Very disappointed, emailed them they offered my a 20% refund

I don't like this company I had a custom done from them and they never responded to my questions before and after doing the kit, I tried to leave a review and it never got uploaded. When I went to the reviews I noticed almost all the canvases were different so I think their reviews are fake. I just wanted to comment on my experience with them, they could always have changed and I could have just had a bad experience.

AVoid this company. Glue where it shouldnt be, send it in wrong box do you dont have the photo to go on, and the chart to follow for the drills is unreadable.
