could everyone stop saying this? i mean yes rockstar is milking gta 5 to the bones but gta 5 was made the same year as the ps4 just barely before the ps4 was made so they made it on ps3. if gta 5 was a launch title on ps3 or it was made in like 2011 then yes but thats not the case.

That reminded me of when I and a few others watched my cousin play an NTSC U/C region copy of GTA:SA with cheat codes on his modded PAL PS2 Slim at a different cousin's house. Later that night, we watched him play his NTSC U/C copy of NFS Underground (if I recall correctly) using what I think were downloaded or copied save data.

The very first GTA in 97 was massif because there was nothing else like it, the gameplay and freedom was unbelievable at that time. And then when GTA 3 got released it was a whole new ball game. But for nostalgia and being around for the 1st ever grand theft auto game, playing it surrounded by several amazed friends will never be forgotten.

If your poor growing up you could be stuck in the past using outdated tech. On the other hand if you grow up wealthy the standard tech as a rule is for the time, or ahead of the curb.

Old GTAs are often mocked and don't get the respect they deserve. Their graphics weren't the best, the top-down view perspective was odd, even at that time there were similar games like Driver or World Scariest Police Chases that looked way better but the GTA spirit was already there: secret items and cars, funny radio ads, even repainting your car to escape from the police was there. They deserve more love.

Actually, UK version used the original box art with a big tower. They had to change it for North American release because of 9/11, thus the legendary collage style was born.

The nostalgia. I started playing GTA 2 on PS1 when I was a kid. Those better days without patching nor DLCs. The most awesome game I played in GTA series will be the SA since that's the 1st time that you can do to the gym and upgrade your muscles haha + a girlfriend.

Disc has a lot of advantages over digital games 1 You get free maps, a book, a manual, a disc, and a case which cost very cheap compared to digital 2 everyone doesn't have a fast network 5G is very limited to a few countries and 4GB doesn't let you download fast it took 8 hours just to download games like GTA 5 3 You Can Have A Good Collection You Can Also Give Disc To a Friend Take Everywhere

Are these re-sealed? I’ve never bought a game for the PlayStation or the Ps2 with shrink wrap on it. Good work either way and a nice trip down memory lane.
