Unboxing Horror: The Game I Dreaded the Most! 

Just looked into this... The subscription is really expensive... I receommend cancelling, and after a couple of years you save enough money to take a trip here to Japan and stock up on hundreds of games at less than US$1 each! I understand wanting to collect North American NES specifically but if that isn't important, I recommend this as a much more fun and affordable idea (plus you can choose what you want)!

One of my childhood buddies had the Silent Service and it felt more like code breaking than actual gameplay at times. I think we however managed to actually sink some enemy ships.

Sky Shark has a killer soundtrack from Tim Follin, the game does sneakily loop from the 5th level back to the 2nd level so lots of people have "beat" the game without realizing it

I had Silent Service when I was a kid, it leans into "submarine war sim" quite a bit so I was also a bit lost with all the options. I think there's a simple-ish mode that lets you just sail around and fire torpedoes at the other ships.

I've never heard of this service before, so thanks for this video! I'm definitely interested in trying it out. Good luck working on your NES collection! I just finished mine finally last week, after working on it for 23 years.
