Anybody remember the Disney Princess dolls that were essentially Polly Pockets? They came in the big packs with rubber clothes and shoes, tons of accessories, and different characters from their stories? I had the Ariel one. She came with her pink gown, wedding dress, and, my favorite, the sparkling blue dress 😍😍😍

i like the “what’s her face” doll line. Being an artist myself i would of loved giving the doll a beautiful face. 🙂 I remember as a kid, i didn’t even know those dolls were made until they were discontinued. I saw the commercial once and went online....finding out they didn’t exist anymore i was devastated as a kid. i envy that you own one. 😜 i like doll lines with a blank canvas that let people with artistic skills draw/pain on the dolls. Making a doll look as beautiful as piece of artwork. 🖼🎨

The diva Starz you got is actually a smaller variant so you're not wrong! There was the bigger one (23 cm/9 inches tall) and she was the one that came with the snap on fashion that would allow you to interact with her.

I don’t know if it’s the 90s child in me (I was born in 1982) or what but I am totally loving the my scene dolls by Mattel . They just seem so much cooler than the barbie line ! I love the attention to detail in clothing and accessories and the faces. I just invested in the 3 couples boxes of my scene night on the town on eBay and spent a lot . They are still new in the box and my first my scene purchase. I want to take them out so bad ! I like those flavas dolls too . Never heard of them before . Thanks for the throwback nostalgic video ! I sure hope the my scene dolls make a come back reboot like the bratz and monster high are this year bc Mattel and their whole Barbie extra line is not cutting it with the quality ! That was a fun flashback! My favorite was the My Scene Dolls. I had tons of them and their clothes closets were so awesome! I had only a few Bratz Dolls, and I think they were all Jade 🤔 Barely remember the Diva Star Girls, it looks like they were trying to cross a Barbie and a Blythe Doll.

Loved bratz too, definitely my favorites, I adored those promotional pamphlets and would collect them and plot what I wanted for the next trip to target with my mom 😉 Love Betty spaghetti and polly, they're so sweet. I had a strange love for the barbie body diva star doll too although it's pretty haunting now. I nearly spit out my tea when you pulled the clunky diva stars hair back 😂 I definitely preferred the myscene online games back then to the dolls, but now I can appreciate how beautiful the dolls really were! That was one of the exact same Polly Pocket dolls I had. I loved the ginger haired Polly Pockets and had so many. I had the blonde and ginger haired one from that range you got.

I'm glad Betty Spaghetty got to be included on this list. They are so bright and cheerful and fun looking. I still can't get behind My Scene dolls. Her dress is nice, but I'd rather have a Bratz or a Barbie instead.

My favevorite dolls have always been my Scene! The diversity, their nice clothing, beautiful and handsome faces!They had a few boys too!!Their cars, motorcicles, bikes.....everything was made with good quality! Polly Pockets were my favorite as a kid!! The water playsets were the BEST!! My mom got rid of all my childhood ones.. but I eventually started growing my collection and getting everything I used to have on eBay! Plus the stuff I've always wanted as a kid! MY ENTIRE CHILDHOOD!!! I think the only one I didn't have was the What's Her Face and My Scene. I think I had a Flavas doll, and it might have been Tikka. I was obsessed with Bratz and Polly Pocket (I hated when they stopped making the clothes rubber, and I agree 100% with chewing on the clothes XD). I loved Betty Spaghetti, too! I think at one point I had a really cute one with pink hair. Gods I miss so many of my old toys. When I was in middle school, we had a spare bedroom that my friend and I converted into a giant Bratz, Barbie, lil'Bratz, Bratz Kids, Bratz Babies, and Polly Pocket mansion. Since no one else actually used the room, we never had to put away anything, so it was always ready for us to go play. When the Bratz Kids came out, my friend and I went crazy for them. We would treat the regular Bratz like adults and the Kids as the teens lol.

Two late nineties/early noughties dolls you should definitely check out. A doll called Gene by Mel Odom and the Robert Tonner fashion dolls. Beautifully crafted and worth every penny if you can find them. I stopped collecting dolls around 2001 and my parents’ loft is still stuffed full of them!

I had that exact same maroon-haired What's Her Face as a kid and absolutely loved her. It was a grand old time redesigning her face over and over! I also loved that she came with extra magnetic clothes and a pet they could morph into like three different animals. Guess it's no wonder I got interested in more customizable dolls later in life lol

My favorite of this group will always be My scene Barbie. I understand that you love Bratz, but for me personally, I was never attracted to them. I had My scene and only regular Barbies for a long time. Then I ventured into other dolls which I haven’t seen here. Thank you for the cool video 💜

Oh yeah, the Flavas Dolls! I actually really liked those and like that girl you have, Tika(?) was same girl but 3 or 4 different styles. It was pretty neat, and the dolls were different heights! I remember one being quite tall, and a very short one. There were boy dolls too. Also tons of accessories and loved the articulation the best!

Your Diva Star is a smaller one. The original talked and moved her head back and forth. She had buttons on her feet for “yes” and “no” so you could play games and carry on conversations with her. 💕

I agree that bratz were the best early 2000s dolls because as a child I got bratz dolls as gifts more than barbies and I loved them and got my attention more than Barbie did.

I didn't own one of them but when i used to go to the children day care before or after school when i was a kid, there used to have one and it creeped me out i thought it looked so scary and i never approached it heuiyhfiuhv i was terrified

5:40 You're correct. The originals where bigger and moved there head and eyes around. You have a smaller cheaper version they made later on.

My scene were my everything , bratz were too but I preferred the fashions and body style of My scene. I did think it was odd that my scene had feet yet mattel felt the need to give them false looking feet shoes. I'm still bitter about loosing my bratz/my scene collection. That what's her face doll takes me back omg, I had the one with the zebra print. I loved the clothes but phew they were creepy.

I loved some of these dolls, as a kid i had only three Bratz dolls and one My Scene, ( Barbie from the original line ), my favorite 2000's doll line was Fashion Polly, but now i prefer the current Polly Pocket playsets you can find in stores now, because they are a lot more fun I loved Betty Spaghetti too, i had three of them, they were really special and cool I have never heard of Diva Star and What's Her Face dolls until i started following your channel, because they never arrived in my country ( Italy ) and i'm agree, they are creepy

Flavas is a great line! I collected them. I had one doll that came with a car or something but my son got mad at me and cut her long hair half way! And of course he picked the one who is htf! It’s lopsided. But they were cute. They didn’t get enough attention sadly.
