just installed mine, but be careful, the plastic washer inside that connect to the wall on mine snapped very easily, don't over tighten

Does the water stream from the larger shower head feel soft like a gentle rain or is it stronger and more jet-like? I prefer a softer rain feel. Thanks!

There is a setting on the larger shower head that is softer, we have enjoyed having the flexibility to have a softer stream and stronger stream. Thanks for watching!

So when you are using the little one and decide you want to use the big one and you turn the little one off and the big one on does the little one drip water constantly or visa versa...it kinda looked like it did in your video. I like this but just afraid I will be wasting a lot of water if I switch back and forth. Which brings me to the question if I just only use the handheld and never use the big one will the big one still drip?

Since we have been using it we noticed if you just press the button on the smaller handheld shower head then it will trickle water out. However, if you switch the setting from the lever on the larger rain shower head it will stop coming out of the handheld once the water remaining in the metal hose is pushed out. I just installed this and only one setting works. The other settings cause water to shoot out the back of the shower head. The wand does not work at all

Sorry to hear you are having an issue, we haven't had any problems with ours. If you haven't already, I suggest you reach out to Moen to help troubleshoot or contact the place you bought it from for a replacement.
