Seems to me looking at these comments and the lack of response iKamper could do a better job with their customer service. Furthermore, I looked up to see if I could find a number to call but no ph # listed, sent an email with slow response and at this point waiting for a response. I understand we live in a world where customer service is no longer required with ordering grocery’s, food and self checkout being the new normal but I prefer to pick up the phone to communicate. Please work on your service side of the business as you are a premium product which should come with outstanding customer service. Never forget why you are in business, because of your customers. 🙏 Looking forward to receiving my tent.
