I'm excited for the english riding world to be using that type of lunging aid! They've been popular with western riders as long as I've ridden (maybe just my area..) but they seem so handy! I'd love to see some videos when you're using it, and your thoughts on it!
I really enjoy these rambly unboxing type videos 😂 it's good to hear your opinions on products. Your friend's horse is gorgeous! I see what you mean by massive! How tall is he? It looks like you rode him really well x
You really look good riding and jumping that giant - well done! What we see is a horse with huge jumping potential, power and fire - and a rider who demonstrated her talent as show jumper. The jumping and especially the last jump at 16:02 and the photo at 16:14 clearly show that both of them are prepared for hoigher jumps: The horse clears that jump very easily overjumping the highest pole by much - and the girl shows a perfect two-point jumper position of its best. She definitely could motivate him for huge jumps. will you have a chance to jump him higher - and will we have the opportunity to watch that? Good luck!
I just want to give a little note on the product at 3:10 I'm really not a fan of those because it only works on the front of the horse. It makes the head go down, but not the butt, so it gives a false kind of collected, it also prevents the horse from rising up in the chest because it pushes down on there...yeah not a fan, personally I would not recommend anyone to use it. Passoa is better cuz it also works on the butt and the hindlegs or else if you don't like that one, you could use like gymnastic straps on the chest and behind the butt
I understand where you're coming from however, the pessoa creates an inconsistency in their mouth. I don't lunge that much so i opt for something steadier when i do, may that me the aid in the video or side reins. It's just my personal preference, but i totally know what you're saying regarding it just being a front end action x
First of I wish you a great 2019! Secondly, you pronounce "Haas" just right! And as far as I know the pink brush is for washing the horse, especially their legs where the shape of the brush comes in handy.
