Great video comparison. I love my KBS and We purchased another for my mother-in-law. KBS is a great machine! I am new to baking and have had mine for a little over a year now. Great video.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I love my KBS I have had mine about a year and a half and use it nearly everyday. So far it has not disappointed me.

Thank you - this was very interesting! When you take out the paddle before the final rise do you round the ball before you put it back into the pan?

You are welcome I am glad you enjoyed it. I usually make sure the dough ball is as uniformly round as possible in order to get a very nice shaped loaf. It's not going to hurt anything to shape it because it has one more rise before baking.

Are you reviewing this machine? I don’t like this top of the bread machine.Have you used any of the recipes that come with the machines? 17-1 KBS I need a book of good recipes do you recommend one? Thank you!!

I don’t like the recipes in the book that comes with the machine. I have several videos with great recipes for the KBS. There is no book I can recommend. I should probably write one.
