On the Keystone screen, you can tab the top left corner icon to add more coins. If you mean that you can not see your balance, that's because Keystone is an off-line device, to view your balance, you need to pair it with a software wallet.

Let me explain. Im uses bitso and sent Ada and polka coins to my keystone 3 pro. I connected my keystone to oky exchange. which is compatible with keystone but I only see polka coins. What can I do to see Ada from okx and another exchange?

@@Ing.IsmaGDL For ADA, currently we have integrated with Eternl, a dedicated ADA wallet on Cardano. Please download their wallet and connect with your Keystone then you are able to view your assets. Meanwhile I will forward to the team about ADA support on OKX wallet!
