Yes definitely get a flash can eBay got plenty for cheap I have a 10.5 and it's kinda loud but not to much flash out the muzzle.

Yes the lower and upper came from psa the upper is called PSA 7.5" 5.56 NATO 1/7 Phosphate 7" Lightweight M-Lok Upper
