I still use the iphone 6 as my daily driver! The battery has took a hit, (1 replacement has been done) and its at 89% rn. Not gonna lie, this era of the iPhone was actually the best.
I would like to find a new old iPhone still in its original ios. Do a speed test then update it to the latest iOS available for that iPhone and speed test it again. And then upload the video with not cuts to prove how apple slow down iphones with their updates.
You do realize it’s already been proven that they slow it down right? There’s already been a lawsuit and Apple has to have a payout for a lot of their users. Their excuse was to help the batteries in the older iPhones degrade less by slowing down performance.

I had this phone for 7 years now and I just hate it.. it doesn’t update anymore so it’s basically useless and all the apps are glitchy and the battery life is terrible and the chip is outdated
I just opened my brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb silver that I saved for more than 3 years it’s amazing to open apple products and more when it still comes with 18 whatt charging cube and earbuds👍👍

Oh i forgot to mention that my Samsung jet was used from 2010 to 2013 and kept it for 10 yrs now,, my friends iphone 7 was used from 2017 to 2019 and kept for almost 4 years and now she said its not charging or lighting up she charge it overnight nothing happened got curious on my samsung jet and tried it, it took a while but it lit up charge to full and power it on and walla,, that's what i meant..yes we asks some local technicians here 70 to 80 euros for battery replacement on iphone 7 though😨
Why i got the phone from the factory and i was quick so i get it in my hand it was hot my hand pick a fire i said OUCH i wish i had it with box and full set😢
