Wow you are good. I'd make such a mess taking the romper apart making a placket on the fly. Stress for me. Love that fabric. Ever so cute. Anxious to now how you like the Madeira threads in all those new colors . Couple yrs ago I purchased some lovely green & blue Madeira worked great but I'm finding on my multi needle It tends to wind up on itself & twists. I'm new to the multi needle soooo I maybe need to adjust tention not sure but holding off on those threads for now. Finding the Exquisiteby Dime good but love the madeira sheen.
Thanks for watching, Karen! I really do think that each machine has a mind of it's own and what works beautifully on one won't work on others. That's why I only bought a few for now!
I love my magnet bobbins just wish they came in all colors lol. When I got my machine I ordered all the metro thread what was I thinking oh right I wasn’t lol I still have thread but I to have been buying Madeira
Hello Kelli, Thank you for your videos, they are a joy to watch. I also use Madeira threads for my PR655. Like yourself, I decided to try the Floriani threads, which my machine seems to like. I like these, because compared to the Madeira Polyneon threads, they have more sheen to them. For doing samples, i am using up my Simthread threads, which seem to be ok, but these were the threads i bought when i started embroidery on a single needle machine. Do you have the hoopmaster station? I am thinking of buying that, as i cannot for the life of me hoop straight. Take care. Regards, Ann.
Thank you for such kind words, Ann! I don’t have the hoop master but I’ve been doing more polo shirts and jackets lately…I could definitely see it being a benefit!
Hi Kelly, thanks for the video. I have just got the PR670e so learning and your videos that I have been watching prior to purchasing have been so inspirational. I have seen that when some people have used the small thread cones they put “caps” on top, do you ever do this? I wondered if it was to hold the reel steady! Looking forward to your update on stabiliser and threads. X
So glad you find the videos helpful! Thank you so much for watching! I do use the caps for smaller threads. I've used it without and it's been fine but mostly I keep them on!
