I returned that AVR after having too much trouble with it. It's a flawed design, the top panel ventilation is very limited as can be seen in 3:48, causing the control and HDMI boards to overheat. The replacement model RZ3400 seems to have corrected this issue, and the HDMI board issues as well.

Every analog input is used on mine ..Still very relevant these days,,I prefer 2.1 over surround sound plus i'm not a movie watcher I'm into the live music webcast!!

Why anybody in his right mind buy an AV receiver that doesn't have a functional room correction system? Onkyo no longer supports Audyssey, they now rely on their useless accueq, which is as useless as Poineer's MMCAA or whatever its called...

I had that AVR and its AccuEQ system works better, is capable of calculating the speaker distances with +/- 1 cm precision, and in general produces a more natural sound than Audissey. Audissey is good for movies but causes the music to sound too dry.

Joe Maldonado I wasn’t too keen on the change from Audessy to AccuEQ, although AccuEQ gets the job done. I have the RZ1100 paired up with the PA MC5001 power amplifier...the combination works well.
