From the photos I’ve seen, the combat deck is removable, which is probably the reason they removed Roller’s launching mechanism

C-01 has an ab crunch. The new poseability doesn't stop there. Not having holes where the headlights should be or fists that can disappear is a plus, also. I should know. Grew up owning a G1 Magnus, lost the fists for White Prime.

I actually think a reason behind them still including the stickers for Prime himself besides maybe people wanting the full og feeling of how the original stickers looked is also giving people a way to have replacement stickers for their older G1 Optimus Toys whether they be originals, or Reissues. Which actually makes me so excited to get mines so I can replace the inaccurate stickers of the Walmart reissue on mines. Also can't wait to finally have a fully decked out G1 trailer... we'll minus the Launcher of course, yeah that is a bummer. I would have taken the launcher over the Repair Station/AA Gun being a scout car as well

Are you still doing the 3D printing? I've got some ideas for some add-ons for this guy: The animation backpack to cover up the open space in the back in bot.mode. A blue crotch piece that can clip on between the legs to help solidify the panels that slide out for the new leg transformation. Forearm pieces to clip on the underside to conceal the wheelwell and give him the full square forearms look.

Ok, removing the launcher for roller is such a bummer. I got a G1 KO Optimus Prime for Xmas and it had a launcher, so much fun. But I do dig this Missing Link prime. Great review Larkin!

Huge bummer about there not being a spring loaded launcher for roller. Otherwise, it looks pretty cool. Is there more or less die cast than the original figure from the 80s? I had Prime in the 80s and I recall the whole thing being die cast, but it’s been so long that I can’t recall for sure.

3:50 Maybe you'll mention this later, but did the original Roller have clip on wheels? If not, it's disappointing they changed them...

I think the hands are a little bit small compared to the original and reissue ones. But overall it’s a very nice Prime.

Before I see the leak about this guy was one of Megatron but no word since maybe not goin through with him still this is cool just to much for me just have to get a G1 ko off Ebay .The legs issue is the second time I see the same thing so not just yours be careful
