On the Table Gaming not sure yet, but the two lists I've been toying around with would have 3 cav units (2 screamers and 1 outrider) and 2 infantry (thinking blackguard - I know they are slow, but don't see any other defensive option). The other list would be 4 cav units, but definitely flayed men with jorah as a commander. I think that has a lot of potential. So many choices, not enough time!
Running Khal Drogo in veterans, 2 x Screamers, the 2 included NCUs and neutral support from Blackguard and Stormcrow mercenaries with captain. Great fun to play. Loving the movement shenanigans. Will probably add Drogo to a flayed men unit next time out and drop a screamer and stormcrow unit. Drogo in vets is a little ‘all the eggs in one basket’. Will definitely try your suggested Ko combinations as well in the future. Flank and rear charges seem to be the key for success, alongside avoidance of prolonged combats - their armour can’t sustain those for long. Loving your work as always Chase. Thank you.
Great to see another On the Table Gaming video! You can't actually field a 40 point army with one starter set though, as the Veteran models double up as Kos.
I’m having a slight identity crisis. I’m trying to make Greyjoy work and while they are scary I feel like I’m missing something. We already have a Lannister and Baratheon player in my gaming group. I feel Dothraki and Unsullied might be my answer.
It looks interesting, but I'm planning on holding off on it until later. The other factions (except Baratheon, who are in the same boat) are just so mature by comparison to the new ones, that it makes it hard to really delve too deeply into them this early.
@@OntheTableGaming Not yet, but I did lend the core set to a buddy of mine who proceeded to knacker my Night's Watch. It was a close game, but Khal Drogo and those Dothraki Veterans were just more than I could handle.
@@OntheTableGaming is there s release date for the unsullied or maybe some pictures of the models? I've hast seen a picture of their cards, but they looks so awesome
I don't actually think you can field 40pts right out of the box. Since there are no extra models for the Ko's, you have to use veteran models which maxes you out at 37pts I think?
I preferred the old way, too! As of the CMON Expo 2019 announcement they are now "C'mon" games. (example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ahfl556UkuI.html)
