Arriving in two very large boxes this Seagull Models Super Decathlon is breath taking front to rear.
In this vid its exactly as described, We break down the components to take a look at what you would get in this ARF kit.
It's impressive the way they wrap, fasten and ship these models to prevent damage. That's one long journey.
I love the colors and size of this plane. Its super impressive. Very little wrong in the covering or build to grab your negative attention. I did discover later that i had a crack in the windshield area sheeting. A small repair and its back onto the build.

That is so freakin cool. I want to get the seagull model yak, but the decathlon looks pretty epic too. Tough choice. I always wondered about their build quality, good to hear they make nice models

Check out other vids in my channel. I have their giant scale Zero, The Texan 2, Extra330L and now the Decathlon. All though not always perfect the price is right.

My first Seagull model was the Fairchild 24W. Very well made in fit, finish and durability. My second Seagull model was the YAK 54. Again, very well made. My most recent was the Edge 540 V2. This one for some reason was not very sturdy at all. Maybe they were trying to keep the weight to a bare minimum...BTW, the servos you linked to look awesome! Thanks for your continued effort with your videos!

What electric motor would work in that? Great content as always.

Ty. If I was to do electric I would get with Jim Kitt on FB and do a StiGR120 belt drive system. Lightest and most efficient. Otherwise if just doing a straight motor try searching RU-vid and I have seen a few option that people went with.

I was so happy when I found them. They were the undiscovered balsa arf market for me. You will live dealing with them. Great family owned business.
