Jenny’s like a little girl at Christmas!! You can see the excitement in her eyes & read her face as to how happy these new flowers make her! Love how happy it makes me to watch her be so excited!! Thanks for starting a rainy wet Mississippi Saturday off with a little Carolina sunshine! 🌞😊❤️
Love this! Had to laugh at myself. Have a room full of plants waiting for warmer weather to be planted outside. Drooling and already planning for 2022. Can't wait to see how all of those beauties perform in the garden.
Not only did I learn about all these exciting new varieties, I learned a whole bunch of new southern expressions! That’s what makes these videos so enjoyable! Have a great weekend ! 🌸❤️🇨🇦
Two boxes of pure happiness!! I’m with you, we need to get past this “blackberry winter” that we are experiencing here in north Georgia! I’m ready to let the fun begin....without hurrying home to cover everything before the next blast. I love your excitement over these plants. Thanks again for all you do!
‘Heavens to Betsy,’ how fun! Thank you for sharing these with us. I love your mixture of excitement for all the new beautiful plants and your laid-back nature when things are damaged in transit (“It’ll be fine!”). Thank you for the reminder that gardening shouldn’t be stressful!
It was SO NICE to meet you, Jerry and your MOM yesterday! My mom loved her (well, me too). Your place is just beautiful and we are THRILLED with our purchases! When we got home, Daddy was particularly impressed with the Supertunias! Anyone within a day driving distance ought really to make the trip. SO worth it!
Beautiful lot, love to see them in your trial gardens, that is such a good way for all of us to see their performance, last year ,it was really helpful for us to pick the plants that we want in our garden this year ! Thank you Jenny!
Wow, those two boxes are just pure joy! Morning coffee and new 2022 plants is definitely the way to start the weekend. So excited to watch these beauties and how they perform in your trial gardens. Thank you for sharing this unboxing and have a wonderful weekend!!
Jenny you are such a delight to watch and listen to the excitement in your voice about these new plants! It is Saturday here in Pennsylvania so have to get started outside to plant we had si e cold temperatures here past few days but up in the 70s this week! Yay!!!
Just subscribed! I love ❤️ that you don't rush through your video. Super exciting plants for 2022. "Food = Flowers" love that! I also enjoyed seeing your reactions when you opened the plants.
Hi Jenny! Wow this was awesome!! Thank you so much for sharing the PW 2022 new annuals! You are so informative!! Have a great day and I look forward to seeing you in the next one!! Hugs! :)
Thank you for holding the plant tags up for a good mount of time. I used my camera to take me straight to the plant at Proven Winners. It's so much easier than searching.
I’ve bought 3 flats of PW supertunias/vistas early in Indiana before they’re gone. Been babying them in this back and forth weather til I can plant them. They did so well last yr. I love your excitement/ enthusiasm!
Jenny geeking out over plants is so me 🤣 now looking forward to getting some 2022 releases. Can't wait for my frost date to arrive so I get my order from y'all! So excited for my planters this year. :)
Great detailed descriptions- you have recall on knowing the type of info we’d be interested in. I never realized until I started watching your channel and Garden Answer that you can plant certain petunias in the landscape. As soon as are past freezing nights in upstate NY, I already know where I’m planting supertunia bubblegum!!
Your summer weather sounds very similar to ours in Minnesota. Though I get no relief because I do not have AC in my 70-year-old house. But I have the original gravity furnace (which I plan on finally replacing next year, roof is this year's big expense). I look forward to many of those annuals becoming available. I garden with color themes and white is paired with either purple or pink or blue. I want that white thurnbergia to climb in a spring-blooming tree.
I liked every plant! C'mon 2022 LOL! What do you do with your 2021 trialed plants? Do you sell them, plant them in your landscape, or? (I am still obsessed with Coffee Cups and am sad I can't grow them here!!)
I swear the UPS and FedEx gymnastics... I just had a delivery (only a 1 day ground from company to me) and half the plants came out of containers and dirt everywhere and it was very well packed to begin with.
I'm thinking the black coleus behind the sunflowers with the little yellow plant in front. Still hard to find the PW plants in Georgia. I found a Vermillionaire & have been keeping her inside on chilly nights. Potted it up with an orange calibrachoa & the early hummers are enjoying it when it's outside. Finally getting rain, it's been dry for weeks. Edit: 🎵 The plant bags, my friend, are blowing in the wind 🎵
Really enjoyed this video! You are so right, PW does a phenomenal job naming their plant series'. I remember that Whiteout verbena, so gorgeous! 💮💮💮 Does that have to be deadheaded? I can't remember. Very exciting 2022 sneak peek! Thank you, Jenny.
The Coleus branches that broke off shove in some dirt and they will root making new plants. Coleus are one of my favorites Verbena is one of my other favorites. Any advice for gardening in Louisiana and best perennials for our area?
I just love the “heavens to Betsy” royal magenta. Yes yes yes I must have that one for 2022 👍 All of them are fabulous. Can’t wait to see them flourish in the south, so I know what are humidity does. Your mentioning the blankets of humidity made me 😬 cringe.
Do you think you could plant the original Blue My Mind and the XL together in a sweep in the landscape that way the height will get gradually taller? Or do you think the difference in the two would be noticeable? Thank you for sharing these with us!!!
Will y’all be growers for any of these flowers? It would be worth the trip from Birmingham to come buy from y’all. I’ve been so disappointed in the selection of PW’s plants sold this year.
Once we have grown them this season we will know which ones we will want to grow for our customers next year. There will be ones that love our climate & thrive and others that may not. That’s the beauty of being able to trial them before they hit the market!
I couldn't help but comment on the way you pronounced NOIR! I speak French and that is the French word for BLACK and it's pronounced no-awe-rrrr! I'm not criticizing your pronunciation at all, if you don't speak French, you wouldn't know. I learn a lot about gardening from you, I thought I would teach you a French word : )
Bless your heart! Here’s a link to her channel ru-vid.com. Make sure you check out the several videos where we appear on her channel! Happy gardening ♥️
