www.woodgrain.tv Take a look at this uncommon and relatively unknown rival to the Sony Trinitron KV-13FS100 , Toshiba 14AF45C , and JVC I'Art 14F704 (The Best Small Component Gaming CRTs on earth!)
I just found one of these in 32" on Craigslist I'm picking up today. I picked up a 14AF46 last week for $10 and even though I love the picture for gaming, 14" is a little small for my liking.
I find that with a lot of people, they start with a small size tv and end up wanting something 20"+ for better viewability~ that 14AF is a keeper, it will always hold its value! Currently worth about 120-300 depending on condition!
The TV looks cute but I hate the fact that it's an instant-on CRT TV because having the CRT itself on even though the rest of the TV is off hurts the tube. I can tell because it doesn't make the same fade effect most other CRTs do when you power them on.
actually i had the same model but with a 25-inch display for 15 years and the crt always was like brand new, so, i don't think that this feature makes something bad for this crt...
I didn't know they had an affiliation with B&O! Thanks for that~ I occasionally get overseas/multiformat tvs; Vancouver is very international~ I have yet to see a set with scart however, shipping from Europe is quite expensive 🥲
